RULES
1. All goods sold in the online store diaura.lt are of high quality, checked and marked with hallmarks.
1.1 The Seller guarantees the quality of the goods, therefore upon receipt of the defective product it is necessary to contact the Seller immediately, but not later than within 5 (five) working days. The defective product will be replaced by a quality product. The defective goods are returned at the expense of the buyer through the parcel delivery service and a quality product is sent back free of charge. All goods sold in the online store diaura.lt are of high quality, checked and marked with hallmarks.
1.2 Return of goods. If you have purchased a low-quality product in our online store, you can return it in accordance with the rules and order no.217 (2001 June 29) of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania called “Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items”. If you have purchased a quality product in our online store and want to return it, we would like to draw your attention to two paragraphs of this order:
Paragraph no. 14. If the buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased product, he/she has the right to replace it with an analogous product within fourteen days from the date of sale of non-food products, unless the seller has set a longer term.
Paragraph no. 18. The Buyer’s claim to replace the purchased goods with similar goods or to return the money paid for the reasons specified in Paragraph 14 of these Rules shall not be satisfied upon purchase of the following goods: perfumery, cosmetic or toilet preparations (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 33.03 – 33.07), photographic and cinematographic goods (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 37.00), printed books, reproductions and other articles of the printing industry (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 49.00) , fabrics (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 50.07, 51.11-51.13, 52.08-52.12, 53.09, 55.12-55.16), carpet floor coverings except carpets and rugs (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 57.00), knitted men’s, boys’, women’s or girls ‘underwear (codes of the Combined Nomenclature – 61.07 to 61.09), babies’ garments (code of the Combined Nomenclature – 61.11), tights, socks, stockings and other similar articles (code of the Combined Nomenclature – 61.15), sewn boys ‘, women’s or girls’ underwear, nightgowns, pajamas and similar articles (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 62.07 – 62.08), babies’ garments (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 62.09), bras, waistcoats, corsets and similar articles (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 62.12), pearls, precious stones, precious metals and their products, except imitation jewelry (Combined Nomenclature code 71.00, except 71.17), machinery and mechanical appliances (Combined Nomenclature code 84.00), electrical machinery and equipment, sound recorders and reproducers, and television image and sound recorders and reproducers (Combined Nomenclature code 85.00), land vehicles (Combined Nomenclature code 87.00), ships, boats and floating structures (Combined Nomenclature code 89.00), optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, checking, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus (Combined Nomenclature code 90.00), clocks (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 91.00), musical instruments (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 92.00), weapons and ammunition (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 93.00), furniture, bedding, lamps (code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 94.00), toys , games, except sports and fishing equipment (Code according to the Combined Nomenclature – 95.00, except 95.06 – 95.07).
Please make sure that the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased product is suitable for you.
1.3 The Buyer must inform the Seller about the return by e-mail info@diaura.lt, indicating the product to be returned, its order number and the reason for return. In case of defects, it is desirable to send photos proving this.
1.4 The Buyer shall bear the costs of delivery and return of the goods, except the cases where the defective goods are returned – then the costs of delivery and return shall be born by the Seller. The Buyer pays for the delivery costs of the goods and the costs of returning the goods, and the Seller, convinced that the goods have been returned due to improper quality, refunds the delivery and return costs incurred by the Buyer and the amount paid for the goods.
1.5 The following additional conditions must be met when returning the goods: If the Seller is responsible for the defect and it is impossible to correct the defect, the money paid for the returned goods and delivery and return costs are refunded only by bank transfer to the Buyer’s bank account no later than 14 days after returning the goods to the Seller. The buyer must provide proof of return costs. Return costs may not exceed EUR 5.79.
1.6 The seller is not responsible for parcels that have been sent with an incorrectly specified address or that have been lost.
1.7 The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods have not been complied with.
1.8 By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the goods purchase documents – invoices, which are also warranty certificates for the goods, shall be submitted to him/her electronically to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer’s registration form immediately after the order is completed. VAT invoices shall indicate the selected goods, their quantity, the discounts granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, and any other information required for the approval of the accounting legislation.
